Apple:

Devices: most iPhones and iPads. However, we recommend the later models, eg. iPhone 11 and later.

iOS: 15 and later.

Android:

Devices: most popular Android phones and tablets. Samsung and Google have been used for testing and operate as expected.

OS: Android 11 and later.

We recommend using newer models of both Apple and Android devices. Unexpected issues may arise when using older models.

Larger screen resolutions are recommended for the best user experience.

PlumeMapper uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) as its backend infrastructure.

AWS is built on a foundation of comprehensive measures designed to protect your data from unauthorised access.

All data processing takes place either on the device which is using the PlumeMapper application, either mobile or web, or on our AWS backend.

Therefore, your data is impenetrable to any third parties or unauthorised users.
